I see this site uses Drupal. The inline comment function is pretty impressive. I wonder if this is a original module made just for this site or not. I haven't find anything module like this on Drupal.

We wrote it ourselves, so thanks for your positive comment. We plan to release the code eventually, but it will require lots of tidying up first. (It needs to be separated from a lot of other Tricki-specific code.)
This feature is way cool. Any chance of an early informal release? Maybe I can help you tidy up the code.
